Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of software experience.
• Proven design and delivery of scalable, production-grade software and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise building AI-powered apps with LLMs, agents, and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic search.
• Strong full-stack skills: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, React, Next.js.
• Hands-on cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• DevOps practices: containers, Kubernetes, IaC, cloud-native architectures.
• Solid software architecture, security and reliability knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to drive initiatives from concept to production as a Principal Engineer.
