Job summary

InfoMagnus, LLC is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of agentic systems for enterprise clients. You’ll combine hands-on software engineering with architecture, mentoring, and strategic guidance to shape the future of AI-driven software engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong Python expertise; experience with TypeScript, Java, or C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered or agentic applications.
• Experience with coding agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong cloud-native development, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Ability to lead technical conversations and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

InfoMagnus is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to help enterprise clients transform both how software is built and how business gets done through agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to lead the design and delivery of real-world agentic systems while shaping the future of AI-driven software engineering.

What You'll Do

As a Principal AI Engineer, you'll serve as the technical leader on client engagements, combining deep hands-on engineering with architecture, mentoring, and strategic guidance.

You will:

• Design and implement agentic software engineering workflows across the SDLC
• Build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems integrated with enterprise platforms
• Architect orchestration frameworks including dependency-driven workflows, evaluation loops, and autonomous task execution
• Extend coding-agent platforms through custom tools, MCP integrations, APIs, SDKs, skills, and automation

What We're Looking For

• You have moved beyond experimenting with AI tools and are building systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership
• Strong Python expertise plus TypeScript, Java, and/or C#/.NET
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered or agentic applications beyond proof-of-concept
• Experience with coding agents, autonomous workflows, evaluation loops, or multi-agent orchestration
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Ability to lead technical conversations, architecture decisions, and engineering teams
