Job summary

InfoMagnus, LLC is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for enterprise clients. You will blend hands-on engineering with architecture, mentoring, and strategic guidance to transform software delivery and business processes.

You will drive production-grade AI agents, multi-agent architectures, and evaluation loops while shaping best practices and governance across engagements. This is a hands-on leadership role with client-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered or agentic applications beyond proof-of-concept.
• Experience with coding agents, autonomous workflows, evaluation loops, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Ability to lead technical conversations, architecture decisions, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic software engineering workflows across the SDLC.

• Architect orchestration frameworks including dependency-driven workflows, evaluation loops, and autonomous task execution.

• Build observability, governance, security, and evaluation frameworks into every solution.

What You'll Do

As a Principal AI Engineer, you'll serve as the technical leader on client engagements, combining deep hands-on engineering with architecture, mentoring, and strategic guidance.

• Design and implement agentic software engineering workflows across the SDLC

What We're Looking For

• You have moved beyond experimenting with AI tools and are building systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership
• Strong Python expertise plus TypeScript, Java, and/or C#/.NET
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered or agentic applications beyond proof-of-concept
• Experience with coding agents, autonomous workflows, evaluation loops, or multi-agent orchestration
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Ability to lead technical conversations, architecture decisions, and engineering teams
