AT&T is seeking a Principal, Advanced Analytics leader focused on forecasting and predictive modeling. You will drive AI-first forecasting methods for Wireless, Fiber, and related services, partnering with Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to translate insights into executive decisions.

You will develop daily to quarterly forecasts, leverage time-series and ML techniques, and build automated pipelines to improve accuracy, scalability, and business impact across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting, analytics, data science, business intelligence, economics, statistics, operations research, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Proven experience developing and deploying forecasting models in complex business environments.
• Strong expertise in time-series forecasting, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and related analytical technologies.
• Experience with Prophet, machine learning frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and model evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Development & Predictive Modeling across multiple products and horizons.
• Develop market- and channel-level forecasting models for gross adds, disconnects, and net adds.
• Apply time-series, ML, and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
• Develop scalable forecasting processes for multiple products, channels, markets, and horizons.
• Translate complex outputs into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
