Job summary

Brillio seeks a Principal Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of an AI-native CPQ platform built on frontier AI models and agentic workflows. You will define the technical vision across product architecture, data platforms, pricing engines, knowledge systems, and AI services, guiding decisions on build-vs-buy, platform, and model strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building software and shipping real products
• LLM engineering with frontier models and tool/function calling
• Production RAG: embeddings, vector search, grounding on enterprise data
• Prompt & context engineering: JSON output, evals, guardrails, latency/quality trade-offs
• Strong in Python and modern JS/TS; async services, containers, cloud

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for a hyperscaler, LLM-agnostic product to run on customer infrastructure
• Design the semantic data core with graph-based modeling, multi-tenant isolation, provenance
• Architect agentic services with tool-using LLM agents, orchestration, guardrails, grounding
• Set standards for async APIs, state machines, code generation, data lifecycles
• Lead technical delivery end-to-end, mentor engineers, make build-vs-buy and model-selection calls
