Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal AI Developer to lead a design and development team delivering advanced AI applications. You will drive AI/ML-based automation, optimization, and security for networks, focusing on self-provisioning, auto-ingesting, auto-qualifying systems, and self-healing networks.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions, shaping the software stack, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment across data centers and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in a technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 7+ years building software systems and AI applications.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience; familiarity with AI model training.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable orchestration for serving/training AI/ML models.
• Investigate research on AI, agents, and inference systems for deployment.
• Evaluate and optimize technologies for latency, throughput and resources.
• Lead AI system design initiatives including RAG and fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Develop scalable services and tools for GPU-accelerated pipelines and observability.
