Job summary

ASAPP is seeking a Principal AI Architect to serve as the senior technical voice for enterprise customers planning AI integration into customer experience. You will work with technology leaders to shape practical, forward-looking paths on ASAPP's platform, spending time with Delivery, Research, and Engineering teams to stay close to production deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology, including 5+ years as principal or lead architect or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM application architecture.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to explain complex ideas to business and engineering audiences.
• Track record of publishing or presenting on applied AI (blog posts, talks, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architects at strategic prospects and customers.
• Provide clear viewpoint on conversational and agentic AI directions and roadmaps.
• Lead executive briefings, architecture discussions, and workshops with account and solutions teams.
• Shape and qualify custom requests and partner with Product and Delivery before commitments.
• Rotate through Delivery, Research, and Engineering to gain hands-on platform knowledge.
• Embed with Delivery, Research, and Engineering to distill learnings for Solution Engineers.
• Provide prioritized input from customer needs to Product and Engineering.
• Represent ASAPP externally through content, talks, and industry conversations.
