Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Agile Consultant / Coach to lead agile transformation initiatives. The role involves extensive travel (Monday to Thursday) across various client sites in the USA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience (3 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12-15 years of experience leading business or systems integration programs.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple client locations across local, state, and national levels.
• Experience in Agile Consulting and System Integration within a top-tier consulting organization.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and support multiple time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
