Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Unity Ads Product team in Grow. You will own the ad quality strategy, privacy initiatives, and programmatic enhancements that integrate across our SDKs and platform.

You'll lead cross‑functional efforts with engineering, data science, and partnerships to size opportunities and guide the roadmap for growth in the ads business.

Qualifications

• Product manager with experience in AdTech and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of privacy, ad quality, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with programmatic/exchange technology and publisher/advertiser ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy, roadmap, and prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and initiative around using AI in product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to craft long-term vision and strategy for ad quality, privacy, trust & safety, exchange, and programmatic.
• Own and shape the product roadmap to deliver business impact and customer value.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to prioritize initiatives and guide execution.
• Own the strategy for ad quality, including moderation, policy enforcement, and fraud prevention.
• Make ad quality accessible and scalable across SDKs and platform.
• Lead proactive privacy strategy and monitor regulatory landscape to turn privacy into growth.
• Evaluate market trends, size opportunities, and provide recommendations for investments and roadmap.
