NORR, a global design firm with 800 professionals, seeks a senior business development leader to expand the U.S. Public Sector practice.
You will build strategic client relationships, pursue major pursuits, and shape growth strategy across markets. This role offers flexible hybrid and remote work within the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Midwest regions, with the opportunity to influence strategy and collaborate with leaders across architecture, engineering, and planning disciplines.
Flexible hybrid and remote work arrangements are available. Candidates must reside within the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic or Midwest regions of the United States.

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, you will build strategic client relationships, develop new markets, lead major pursuits, and help shape the firm's long-term growth strategy. This is a senior client-facing leadership role for a proven business developer with an established network and a demonstrated history of winning significant architectural and engineering consulting assignments.
This is an opportunity to play a defining role in expanding NORR's U.S. Public Sector practice. You will have the autonomy to build markets, influence strategy, strengthen our reputation, and create lasting client partnerships while working alongside an exceptional team of technical and business leaders.
Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications and geographic location, plus incentive compensation and employee ownership opportunities.
