Job summary

Doral Leadership in Pensacola, FL seeks a Principal to serve as the instructional leader promoting a transformational culture that maximizes student achievement and develops accountable, self-directed learners.

You will drive curriculum development, oversee assessments, and coach teachers through formal and informal observations while engaging families and community partners to ensure equitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school leadership role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Lead Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, or similar).
• Proven record of increasing student achievement and ensuring education excellence.
• Demonstrated success in parental engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience with curriculum development, innovation, and school-wide implementation.
• Strong background in instructional leadership, assessment, and data analysis.
• Ability to conduct formal and informal observations and coach teachers.
