The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Port Hueneme, CA, responsible for the overall management and instructional leadership of a high school campus. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing teaching and learning, guiding curriculum implementation, and supporting educators through coaching, feedback, and professional development. The Principal leads school improvement planning, monitors student achievement data, and implements programs that foster academic success, social-emotional growth, and inclusive school culture. This role manages campus operations such as scheduling, staff supervision, safety procedures, and compliance with District policies and state regulations. The Principal also builds strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners to promote engagement and support the District's mission.
