ALL4 is seeking a senior leader to grow its Midwest presence, guide growth and technical excellence, and strengthen executive-level client relationships. You will lead client portfolios, ensure high-quality delivery, mentorship, and strategic hiring to expand across sectors and geographies.

You will represent ALL4 at national industry forums and monitor profitability, risk, and project performance while contributing to corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Job description

Grow ALL4's presence and team in the Midwest Region
Guide company growth, technical excellence, client relationships, and market presence
Lead client portfolios and ensure quality delivery
Grow client portfolios, generate revenue, and expand business across sectors, service lines, and geographies
Maintain and expand executive-level client relationships
Maintain a client portfolio with a minimum of $2MM in annual net revenue
Identify, pursue, and close major project opportunities
Represent ALL4 at national industry forums, regulatory stakeholder groups, and professional organizations
Oversee project quality, technical rigor, profitability, risk management, and timely delivery
Provide technical direction and act as an escalation point for project managers
Monitor environmental regulations, policies, and industry trends
Review and sign contracts
Mentor consultants, project managers, and junior staff
Manage direct reports, including performance management, compensation discussions, and personnel decisions
Identify strategic hiring needs and recruit senior-level talent
Contribute to corporate strategy and senior leadership decision-making
Drive operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and cross-team innovation
Monitor utilization, net revenue, profitability, and firm-level financial goals
Establish annual goals for external visibility and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

15+ years of environmental industry experience with demonstrated senior-level leadership
Proven record of business development success, independent client generation, and client portfolio management
Recognized subject matter expert in one or more practice areas relevant to ALL4's service offerings
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage organizational change, and influence outcomes at the executive level
History of involvement and technical presentations at industry stakeholder groups
Track record of developing direct reports and improving team utilization and growth trajectories
Strong commitment to advancing the company's mission, values, and long-term success
