PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER

Primary functions and essential responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and lead enterprise-wide product/digital roadmap planning, execution and tracking, ensuring alignment with Engie Impact's strategy.
  • Lead enterprise-wide or specific programs that involved cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Finance on financial management, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Facilitate change management and stakeholders' engagement through operations and an efficient and pleasant work culture.
  • Help reimagine our processes. Bring structure, tools and governance without slowing momentum.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Education/ Certifications/ Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a program/product management role or a related field. Candidates with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skills and potential.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs or products, involving digital development and cross-functional teams, ideally in the Sustainability or Energy Services industry.
  • Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and manage dependencies and trade-offs.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders from operational to C-level.
    • Serve as a role model by exemplifying best practices, leadership and issue resolution.
    • Hands-on experience with product management tools, lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The pay range for this role is: $108,000-182,000. Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

Work Environment
  • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full-time employment is considered 40 hours per week.
  • Health & Safety Working Requirements
  • Adequate working surface, adjustable ergonomic chair, proper lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and sufficient internet bandwidth to conduct business.
  • Incumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones, office machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employees.
  • As a global organization, attending meetings and events during early mornings and evenings may be required.
  • Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs occasionally and may be required.
  • Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings may be required.
