Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Any produce or retail experience is a plus.
• Any management experience is a plus.
• Second language proficiency encouraged.
• Ability to promote trust and respect among associates and communicate information effectively.
• Plan and organize inventory and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy.
