Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Collateral Management Analyst – Prime Margin in Whippany, NJ to monitor trading exposure and ensure collateral is collected to mitigate risk. You will collaborate with Prime Brokerage, Settlements, and Operations to manage margin calls and resolve issues.

This role is highly client-facing and requires strong controls mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to sophisticated prime brokerage clients across global markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services operations.
• Middle office experience required or exposed.
• Knowledge of risk and controls practices is needed.
• Collateral Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day processing, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Prime Brokerage, Settlements, and Operations teams.
• Develop and implement operational controls to mitigate risk.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities to improve control processes.
