Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Control experience, with Prime Finance or Equity Derivatives focus.
• Experience managing teams and partnering with front-office and senior stakeholders.
• Strong grounding in valuation, accounting treatment and financial metrics.
• Proficiency in data tooling and regulatory awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly P&L for US Prime Finance with sign-off and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Ops, IT, Risk, and financial reporting teams.
• Analyze FTP, balance sheet usage, leverage and RWA drivers for decisions.
• Present issues and remediation plans to senior audiences and audits.
• Partner with US Prime desk head on revenue drivers and margin trends.
• Support new initiatives from a Product Control perspective and drive change.
