Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Product Controller for the Executive Middle Office to own daily P&L and risk for flagship products, interfacing with Front Office, Market Risk, Technology and Finance.

The role offers high visibility with potential VP-track for the right candidate, requiring a strong controls mindset and experience in rates and swaps, capable of driving improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Control, Middle Office, Market Risk, Valuation, or Finance.
• Strong product knowledge with rates and swaps experience.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle and data flows supporting trading, valuation and risk.
• Controls mindset with ability to identify breaks and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily P&L and risk substantiation for CIO/Treasury desks and management, delivering outputs with commentary.
• Lead the daily Front Office signoff process for P&L and risk, ensuring on-time close.
• Provide oversight for daily P&L/risk process performed by junior team members.
• Review system-to-system reconciliations across CIO & Treasury, driving fixes with Tech.
• Run and enhance Market Risk controls, monitor risk limits and back-testing support.
• Support onboarding of new products and design middle office workflows.
• Drive process efficiency and stronger controls by simplifying workflows.
• Partner across regions to ensure governance over P&L and risk.
• Contribute to global projects improving end-to-end flows and controls.
• Support CSA, SOX, and Business Control Committees.
