This role will focus on a broad range of prime brokerage, trading, financing, and market access matters. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, compliance, operations, and front-office stakeholders on the negotiation, management, and ongoing support of critical trading relationships and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on prime brokerage and related trading arrangements.
• Negotiate and manage a variety of trading, financing, and market infrastructure agreements.
• Provide legal support for new products, markets, and trading initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on regulatory, operational, and risk‑related matters.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of legal frameworks supporting trading activities.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent legal qualification. Candidates must have between 4-12 years of experience.
• Significant experience advising on prime brokerage, trading documentation, and financial markets matters.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, securities financing, and market infrastructure arrangements is preferred.
