Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Primavera P6 scheduling specialist to join the project scheduling team for the Engineering and Construction Division on a 1-year onsite assignment in Florida. You will create and maintain detailed project schedules, analyze baselines and progress, perform CPM analysis, and support schedule recovery efforts with cross-functional teams.

• 4+ years of Primavera P6 Scheduling software experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field, or applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
• Monitor project progress and ensure schedules accurately reflect current project status and milestones.
• Prepare and analyze baseline and progress schedules to identify variances and schedule impacts.
• Perform CPM (Critical Path Method) analysis to support project planning and execution.
• Evaluate schedule updates and assess the impact of changes on timelines and deliverables.
• Support development of schedule recovery and mitigation plans when delays or risks are identified.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to gather schedule information and ensure alignment across activities.
• Facilitate scheduling and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
• Generate and present scheduling reports and project status updates to management.
