The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Primary Therapist to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Willowbrook, IL. This is a full-time, on-site role centered on delivering individual and group therapy within a structured, supportive clinical environment. What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling services using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and guide meaningful therapeutic discussions
• Apply knowledge of PTSD care and trauma-informed frameworks across a diverse client population
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities with awareness of their distinct clinical needs
• Approach gender-related concerns in counseling with sensitivity, competence, and care
• Manage clinical documentation accurately, including familiarity with ICD coding and electronic medical records
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support continuity and quality of care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing individual and group counseling services
• Proficiency in facilitating group therapy sessions and therapeutic discussions
• Knowledge of PTSD care and trauma-informed treatment approaches

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
