Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is posting a Primary Therapist role for Resilience Behavioral Health in Walpole, MA. You will provide individual and group therapy to veterans, active-duty personnel, and first responders in a structured setting, applying trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.

The licensed clinician will support co-occurring mental health and substance use needs, maintain meticulous documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in state (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) or license-eligible.
• Experience working with veterans, active-duty personnel, first responders, or similar populations.
• Strong understanding of military culture and associated mental health challenges.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy in structured settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, and related populations.
• Apply evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed approaches in clinical encounters.
• Draw on understanding of military culture and service-member mental health needs.
• Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
