Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA. You’ll work with adolescents and their families, taking initiative, maintaining boundaries, and staying calm in stressful situations.

Salary ranges from 85,000 to 95,000 for unlicensed and 100,000 to 105,000 for licensed, with training and team support provided. Shift hours span weekdays, with some evening coverage and a weekend-free schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license or be an associate ACSW/AMFT/APCC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload including individual and family sessions.
• Complete documentation in EMR on time.
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups.
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases.
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments on admission.
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator.

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA!

Payrate: 85,000 - 95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - 105,000 for licensed.

Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
