Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Primary Therapist to guide clients and families through their therapeutic journeys. You will conduct individual and family sessions, ensure ongoing assessments, and maintain documentation to ROWI and Joint Commission standards.

This on-site role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure or eligibility, and at least 1 year of mental health experience. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed or eligible as an MFT, Clinical Psychologist, or Social Worker. Unlicensed clinicians will receive supervision.
• 1 year of experience in the mental health field.
• Comfortable with basic computer operations and maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and develop effective safety plans.
• Maintain compliance with clinical documentation per ROWI standards.
• Communicate safety and progress to the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver therapy sessions compliant with the designated level of care.
• Engage with referral sources and outpatient professionals post-admission.
• Contribute to discharge planning and group therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold a nurturing, professional demeanor.
