ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is hiring a Primary Therapist to conduct individual and family counseling for adolescents, under the Program Director. This on-site role emphasizes safety planning, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support clients and families.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure or eligibility as MFT, psychologist, or social worker, with at least 1 year in mental health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MFT, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and develop effective safety plans.
• Maintain compliance with clinical documentation per ROWI and Joint Commission standards.
• Deliver therapy sessions per designated level of care.
• Engage with referral sources and outpatient professionals post-admission.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and group therapy sessions.
• Contribute to team meetings and uphold a nurturing, professional environment.
• Serve as a role model for clients and staff.
