Job summary

AMFM Healthcare in Vienna, VA seeks a Primary Therapist - Floater to support seven programs in the Fairfax County region. This full-time exempt role requires a Master's or higher and state licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC; associates accepted).

The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy, with travel between sites reimbursed. The position reports to the Clinical Director and offers weekend on-call flexibility, after-hours crisis support, and

Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in a relevant field.
Active licensure: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; associate licenses acceptable.
Must have active registration with state licensure board.
Hands-on experience in Groups, Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, and addiction work.
Flexibility to work some weekends on call and assist after-hours crises.
Background check completion is required by ADP Selective Screening and others.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, client diagnosis, and interpretive summaries.
Prepare person-centered treatment plans, case management, and referrals as needed; provide interventions including crisis counseling.
Offer supervision to interns and provisional-level clinicians; review and sign documentation.
Provide graduate-level supervision as required by academic programs.
Deliver services per organizational standards and scope of practice; document accordingly.
Maintain EHRs reflecting treatment course and required documentation.
