Job summary

Alter Behavioral Health is seeking a Primary Therapist in Orange County to provide individual and group therapy within a structured residential setting. You will develop treatment plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support clients toward stability and growth in Dana Point and surrounding areas.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and active licensure with BBS.
• Experience in mental health treatment, preferably with co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential treatment environment and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
