Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Primary Therapist role located in Saddle Brook, NJ. The Primary Therapist will oversee treatment planning, provide individual and group counseling, and help build out programming. Daily responsibilities include addressing chemical dependency and co‑occurring mental health conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through all stages of recovery and treatment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work and supporting individuals facing chemical dependency issues

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
