Time Wellness is an evidence-based, client-centered treatment program that offers clients with all levels of need therapeutic interventions in a warm and welcoming environment. TIME is a PHP and IOP program located in the heart of Chattanooga. We pride ourselves on helping clients "Be the great person they were always meant to be." Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in counseling or a related field (Required)
2. At least one year of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis
3. Valid Tennessee Licensure - LPC, LMSW, LCSW (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

1. Complete psychosocial intake on clients within the appropriate timeframe.
2. Develop and complete the master treatment plan timely.
3. Counsel clients individually or in groups to help overcome dependencies, adjust to life, or facilitate change.
4. Collaborate with staff to perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
5. De-escalate patient issues, including ACA problems.
6. Conduct and document daily group sessions for all clients.
7. Coordinate care by making appropriate contacts, including phone calls, treatment letters, faxing documentation, and liaising with relevant entities.
8. Accurately document all activities in the medical record and maintain charts daily.
9. Maintain inventory of literature and orientation materials, distributing to patients as needed.
10. Counsel family members to support client care.
11. Attend daily staff meetings to discuss program and patient issues.
12. Complete required staff training (minimum 20 hours).
13. Accurately complete all paperwork and incident reports promptly.
14. Communicate effectively with staff to ensure quality patient care.
15. Maintain clean and organized work areas, report safety or maintenance issues.
16. Interact with patients respectfully, maintaining professional boundaries.
17. Maintain professionalism and exercise sound judgment in managing patient behavior.
18. Protect patient privacy in accordance with policies and legal requirements, reporting concerns appropriately.
