Primary Therapist position based in Bloomington, Indiana, within the Clinical Services department, reporting to the Clinical Director.

• Provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and group counseling.
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments, determines appropriate care levels, and reviews clinical records.
• Collaborates on individualized treatment plans, monitors client progress, and coordinates with external providers.
• Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and participates in team meetings.
• Responds to psychiatric crises, adheres to safety protocols, and provides culturally sensitive, ethical care.
• Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with active licensure in Indiana preferred.
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders, familiarity with ASAM, DSM-5, trauma-informed care.
