KeyResponsibilities:

• Workcollaborativelyinclients’homesandcommunities,ensuringpersonalizedcareisdeliveredeffectively.

Education,Experience,and/orCredentialQualifications:

• Mustbe18yearsofage;musthaveahighschooldiplomaorGED.
• Oneyearofexperienceinthefieldofintellectual/developmentaldisabilitiesorsuccessfulcompletionoftrainingintheMissouriQualityOutcomesapprovedbytheDivisionofDDregionaloffice.

AdditionalQualifications:

• Currentdriver’slicense,acceptabledrivingrecord,andcurrentautoinsurance.
• Successfulcompletionofabackgroundcheckincludingcriminalrecord,drivingrecord,abuse/neglect,andfingerprintcheck.
• CompletionofNewHireOrientationandallannualtrainingrequirements.
