Opportunity for a Physician in Primary & Specialty Care Services - Hagerstown, IN

We are actively seeking a physician with a patient-centered approach and strong empathy to integrate into an established Primary & Specialty Care Services team in Hagerstown, Indiana.

Position Overview:

• Type: Full-time, employed by the hospital
• Collaborative Team: Comprises 3 Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an office assistant, and a manager
• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Provider Schedule: Flexible, adjusted based on provider availability

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Board Status: Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience: Open to both newly trained and practicing physicians
• Licensure: Valid Indiana Medical License required
• Certifications: Must hold and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications

Candidate Qualifications:

• Active Indiana State License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Board Certification or Eligibility (must achieve certification within five years post-residency)
• Prior experience is not a prerequisite
• Certifications: ACLS required for sedation privileges; BLS required across all specialties
