The Special Education Teacher's Aide supports students with significant academic, behavioral, developmental, and communication needs within a highly structured classroom environment. This role works under the direct supervision of a certified Special Education Teacher to implement individualized education programs (IEPs), assist with visual schedules and structured teaching systems, collect data, manage personal care needs such as toileting, and support student safety.
