Job summary

Denver City ISD seeks a qualified teacher to provide students with engaging learning activities in the core academic subject area. The role focuses on helping students grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially while developing essential competencies for success in society.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or relevant training under the DOI. AED/CPR certifications are required for PE teachers where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI)
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
• Physical Education Teachers: Current AED and CPR certificates
