Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current, valid license in Texas
• At least 4 years of clinical practice, including 3 years in specialty (Diabetes)
• Knowledge of diabetes medications, therapies, and protocols
• Certification in ONS/ONCC/AOCN/CPON/AOCNP/CDE/CDCDS
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and databases
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex health cases
• Inpatient and outpatient experience
• 1 year in Care Management in a health insurance setting
• Current CCM certification

This is a remote role within 250 miles of Texas. Compensation ranges from $69,200 to $146,700, depending on experience and location.
