Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance team member in Bedford, MA to support cleanliness and equipment upkeep across the restaurant. The Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining interior and exterior standards and helps ensure a safe, orderly environment for staff and guests.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with full-time benefits including education opportunities, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401K plan, disability and life insurance, paid leave and a provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
