Job summary

Harri in Sacramento is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist the management team in keeping the restaurant and equipment clean and fully functional. This role supports day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating devices, replacing filters and gaskets, and helping with inventory and supplies. Flexible part-time hours and opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or light maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to calibrate equipment and replace filters as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restaurant equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Calibrate equipment and replace filters/gaskets.
• Manage truck order and delivery where needed.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory.
• Inspect CO2 and Coke tanks.
