This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:

Responsibilities

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas including tickets to our Facilities team
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and count for accuracy. Help replenish necessary stock.
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems in the restaurant to follow all procedures and protocols.
• Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety and satisfaction.
• Understand that teamwork is key: Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient equipment maintenance of the restaurant. Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!
