Position Overview

North American Consulting Services, Inc. is a small business in the United States that offers opportunities to support U.S. DoD and NSA mission requirements through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. This job is located in Bogotá, Colombia.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Spanish proficiency at ILR Level 4 or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (IAT Level II) or higher
• NSA COMSEC Account Manager certification or ability to obtain within required timelines

Required Experience

• COMSEC accountability procedures
• COMSEC inventories and audits

Desired Experience

• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
• Tactical and strategic communications systems
• Physical security inspections
• International military support operations

Technical Knowledge

• KG-175 family of devices
• OTAR, OTAT, and OTADS operations

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to travel throughout Colombia and internationally as required
• Ability to obtain required visas, passports, and driving credentials
• Ability to support mission-essential operations
