Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence based treatments for mental health condition.
• Ability to work through brief clients contracts and make quick, accurate clinical assessments.
• Comfortable with pace of primary care, interdisciplinary team, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct referral-based consultation visits, ideally same day or shortly after referral.
• Provide brief, focused interventions with emphasis on patient education and self-management.
• Coordinate with the psychiatric consultant and supervise treatment plans with the primary care team.
