Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Family Medicine Salem

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends or holidays!

**Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work from home schedule. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**

The Primary Care Nurse completes triage, identifies abnormal patient symptoms, laboratory findings, notifies physicians, or provides treatment according to standard Primary Care protocols. Assists with EPIC in-basket management, including telephonic or MyMercy messages, test results, medication refill requests, etc. Inputs orders as needed to support providers and the clinical care team.

Qualifications

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Licensure: Active LPN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing, graduation from an RN program, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Licensure: Active RN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred
