PART-TIME (20 HOURS PER WEEK)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends or holidays!

Note: Must complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. Must also be available for monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 times per week on-site visits.

Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role. The nurse will work closely with providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. There is an option to move to a hybrid schedule after training.

LPN Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Licensure: Active LPN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred

RN Qualifications:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from an RN program, BSN, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Licensure: Active RN license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred
