Address: 16555 Manchester Rd, Wildwood, Missouri 63040

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Note: Must complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. On-site presence is required for monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 times per week.

Our Primary Care Nurse role is newly created. The nurse will collaborate closely with Providers and manage triage calls/messages. Post-training, there is an option to move to a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

LPN:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred

RN:

• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from an RN program, BSN, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
