Location: Watson Medical Building, 3915 Watson Road, Saint Louis, MO 63109

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630. No weekends or holidays.

About Mercy 65 Prime+ Clinics: These clinics provide primary care services tailored for Medicare beneficiaries, offering extended visits and closer monitoring of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.

Role: Primary Care Nurse (PCN)

You will work closely with healthcare providers to triage calls/messages, educate patients, follow-up, and assist with various clinic tasks.

Qualifications:

1. LPN Qualifications:
   • Diploma in Practical Nursing
   • Active LPN license
2. RN Qualifications:
   • Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from a nursing program, BSN, or 4 years of relevant experience
   • Active RN license
