Join us as a Primary Care Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mercy Clinic 65 Prime Plus located at 637 Dunn Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630
No weekends or holidays!

Mercy 65 Prime+ Clinics offer specialized primary care for Medicare beneficiaries, focusing on extended visits and managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. As a nurse in this clinic, you will triage calls, educate patients, follow up, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

LPN

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license

RN

• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, BSN, or equivalent experience
• Active RN license

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Experience with geriatric populations
