Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage, manage patient flow, and coordinate care.
• Supervise other patient care staff and delegate tasks as competent.
• Document patient care, admission orders, and testing per provider directions.
• Maintain high customer service and professional demeanor at all times.
