Mercy Clinic Creve Coeur in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Primary Care Nurse to triage calls/messages and support clinicians in a newly created clinic role. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 08:00–16:30, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. After on-site training, the position transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model and monthly on-site meetings are required.

Qualifications

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license.
• RN: ASN/BSN or 4 years of commensurate experience with active RN license.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
• Work closely with Providers to support patient care.
• Assist during the transition from on-site to hybrid work model.
