Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across the lifespan.
• Administer medications including immunizations per order and standing protocols.
• Coordinate care with PCPs and other providers; support care transitions.
• Maintain infection control practices per CHCI standards.
