Penobscot Community Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Helen Hunt Health Center in Maine. This on-site, dayside role features collaboration with providers and care teams to deliver patient-centered care.

A $3,000 sign-on/retention bonus is available for externally hired candidates. The position emphasizes top‑of‑license practice in a supportive, multi-disciplinary setting with a focus on access, care coordination, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license in Maine or obtain licensure within a year of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in inpatient, home health, hospice, or primary care.
• Experience in a large, multi-stakeholder healthcare environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurance purposes and ability to travel if needed.
• Up-to-date AHA/Red Cross/Health & Safety Institute BLS training; must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
