Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support primary care patients in Yakima, WA. The role involves nutrition counseling, education, and collaboration with the care team in a community health clinic setting.

This position offers a 0.85 FTE schedule with on-site work in Yakima and remote coverage for other sites; relocation and signing bonus are part of the package. Experience with motivational interviewing is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Washington State certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Provide nutritional counseling for diabetes, heart disease, weight management and food allergies.
• Offer preventative education including Well Child Checks and prenatal counseling using motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, precept students, and participate in outreach.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans with quality documentation in electronic records.
• Work primarily in Yakima with remote coverage for other sites and float to different locations after Sep 2026.
